Period piece where a bald monk us using sex and blackmail to control the place court and it's gisha like ladies. Starts by using the main heroine a rather naive housemaid. All aiming toward getting his hands on the local princess.

The women of this palace are all different and can be rather catty to each other. Which is used by the bald monk against them along with any secret fetishes they might have.

Notes:
The show is interesting in that its use of different sexual positions. Ooedo Forty Eight is like the Japanese karma surta and at the end of each show during the credits they show clips of the positions used and their names. Also this has a very unique visual in the patterns shown on the womens kimotos. Its like they blue screen them out and inserted a very intrice pattern. But the pattern doesn't move naturally with the clothes. Its a little hard to explain unless you see it in action.
